About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across indirect spend categories
- Partner with Indirect Procurement and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Analyze procurement savings, productivity initiatives, and contract value realization
- Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs for spend, savings, and cost drivers
- Provide financial governance and variance analysis
- Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams on sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and reporting standards
- Drive standardization, automation, and enhanced financial transparency through continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, supply chain finance, or procurement finance
- Experience supporting indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain cost structures
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute work/project plans
- Ability to work under time pressure while maintaining a high level of quality
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence business decisions
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency with financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel or analytics platforms
- English language required
- MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent advanced financial training preferred
- Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with strategic sourcing, supplier contracts, and savings tracking methodologies preferred
- Experience supporting transformation or cost-productivity initiatives preferred
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred
- CPA, CMA, or similar financial certification preferred but not required
