About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support data integration solutions for supplier and procurement data
- Complete historical and incremental data loads, including profiling, transformation, payload generation, validation, reconciliation, exception analysis, and business sign-off support
- Translate business requirements and source-system structures into field mappings, transformation rules, technical designs, acceptance criteria, and implementations
- Build and maintain reusable processing components, scripts, database objects, utilities, and report outputs
- Analyze and resolve development, test, UAT, production, performance, and data-quality issues
- Verify data completeness and accuracy across source and target systems and maintain reconciliation evidence and audit documentation
- Generate technical requirements, operational procedures, mapping specifications, test evidence, and support knowledge articles
- Partner with product analysts, technical product owners, business process owners, ERP teams, external application teams, and engineers
- Participate in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, estimation, development, testing, risk communication, and sprint/release commitments
- Improve performance, reliability, maintainability, monitoring, error handling, and self-correction in integration processes
- Use approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly for analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and problem solving
- Learn unfamiliar business functions and technologies and share knowledge with teammates
- Follow software-development lifecycle, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, and data-handling requirements
- Travel up to 10% may be required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of confirmed hands-on experience developing, testing, or supporting enterprise applications, data integrations, or data-processing solutions
- Strong experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with JSON, XML, CSV, REST APIs, batch integrations, or secure file transfer
- Ability to understand field mappings and transformation requirements and convert them into accurate, testable technical logic
- Experience performing unit, system, integration, or user-acceptance testing and documenting results, defects, and resolution evidence
- Experience with Oracle or another enterprise relational database, including SQL and procedural database development
- Experience supporting production applications and resolving incidents under time-sensitive business conditions
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity, solution quality, and timely delivery
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and collaborate across regions and functions
- Ability to work independently and effectively within an Agile team
- Willingness and proven ability to learn new business domains, products, tools, and technologies quickly
- Preferred: Experience with SAP ERP data, supplier/vendor master data, procurement processes, or enterprise master-data integrations
- Preferred: Exposure to Apigee, webMethods, SAP BTP Integration Suite, or comparable middleware
- Preferred: Experience with Java, Python, scripting, web application development, microservices, or cloud-based application services
- Preferred: Experience building data-validation, reconciliation, operational-reporting, or Excel-based analysis utilities
- Preferred: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, source control, automated testing tools, and Agile delivery practices
- Preferred: Experience using approved generative AI tools for software development, testing, documentation, or analysis
