About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Field Sales and Sales Leadership to develop and execute growth, clinical-readiness, and inventory-deployment strategies
- Translate sales, inventory, and operational data into insights, recommendations, and actions
- Lead inventory rebalancing, reallocation, and pullback initiatives
- Coordinate new product introduction launches and new set deployments
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve sales execution, inventory availability, and operational performance
- Use analytical methods and visualization tools to support fact-based decision-making and optimal inventory levels
- Manage and prioritize Field Sales Organization support requests
- Develop and improve field sales systems, tools, and processes
- Perform data mining, validation, analysis, and visualization
- Support adoption of new commercial processes, tools, and ways of working
- Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations and updates
- Mentor team members and share best practices across functions and operating companies
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least four years of relevant business experience in logistics, finance, marketing, manufacturing, commercial operations, sales, inventory management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using data visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Experience managing, analyzing, and visualizing data, with the ability to convert analysis into insights that drive action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver clear, persuasive presentations
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across functions and organizational levels
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Experience communicating and partnering with field sales organizations
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
- Preferred: Advanced Excel capabilities, including macros, linked workbooks, and scalable inventory analysis
- Preferred: Experience using systems that support set requests, inventory reallocation, new product introductions, and competitive conversions
- Preferred: Experience applying process improvement methods
- Preferred: Direct experience with inventory management and sales analysis
- Preferred: Experience with SAP, Optimizer, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise systems
- Preferred: Experience in the medical device industry or another regulated healthcare environment
