About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and implement business adoption activities for ERP and other Supply Chain & Operations platform implementations
- Develop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies
- Align the Program Management Organization on resource needs, coordinated deliverables, and risks or concerns
- Design stakeholder engagement frameworks and drive engagement and alignment across key discussions and decisions
- Partner with process leads, business owners, and subject matter experts to identify changes across People, Process, and Technology
- Implement change-impact mitigations through project governance and communicate with impacted partner groups
- Develop and implement business readiness and cutover plans, including transactional data cleanup, relabeling, and physical inventory counts
- Deliver proactive communications regarding project execution, business transformations, change impacts, and program awareness
- Gauge organizational sentiment through dialogue, surveys, and other feedback methods
- Design and deliver training curricula, track training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with global Supply Chain experts on global business processes and integration points
- Ensure quality delivery of team goals on time and within budget
- Establish coordinated project plans, schedules, and results with program leads, especially for business simulation and validation/readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives
- Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems, such as ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices
- 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
- 3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program or business unit
- Proficiency in change management frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter 8-step, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of Medical Devices Supply Chain
- Hands-on project delivery experience required
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and leading operational technological processes within a global organization required
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with ability to influence and collaborate to achieve desired results
- People management and development experience
- Strong internal and external customer focus, including partner development and management
- Ability to lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies required
- Knowledge of deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates required
- Exceptional business and digital competence, including ERP expertise required
- Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP/system environment required
- Experience managing project timelines and achievements in complex business environments required
- Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners
- English required; additional languages preferred
- Up to approximately 20–30% global travel may be required
- Master’s degree, relevant certifications, Prosci certification, senior stakeholder engagement, regulated or matrixed transformation experience, learning technologies, digital adoption tools, blended learning, continuous improvement, process transformation, or operating model change preferred
