About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and implement business adoption activities and results for ERP and other Supply Chain & Operations platform implementations
- Develop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies
- Align the Program Management Organization on resource needs, coordinated deliverables, and risks or concerns
- Design stakeholder engagement frameworks and drive engagement and alignment across key discussions and decisions
- Partner with process leads, business owners, and subject matter experts to identify major People, Process, and Technology changes
- Implement change impact mitigations into project governance and communicate with impacted partner groups
- Develop and implement comprehensive business readiness and cutover plans, including transactional data clean-up, relabeling, and physical inventory counts
- Ensure proactive, concise, and pertinent communications for key groups and impacted users
- Gauge organizational sentiment through dialogue, surveys, and other methods
- Design and deliver training curricula; track training effectiveness and performance for continuous improvement
- Partner with global Supply Chain experts to design, develop, maintain, and improve global business processes and integration points
- Ensure quality delivery of team goals on time and within budget
- Establish coordinated project plans, schedules, and results around business simulation and validation/readiness
- Partner with extended teams, functional workstreams, business leaders, external experts, and project management teams to implement a cohesive organizational change plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives
- Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems, such as ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices
- 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
- 3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program or business unit
- Proficiency in change management frameworks, including Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter 8-step, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of Medical Devices Supply Chain
- Hands-on project delivery experience
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and leading operational technological processes within a global organization
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with ability to influence and collaborate
- People management and development experience
- Ability to lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies
- Knowledge of standardized work processes, tools, and templates
- ERP expertise and exceptional business and digital competence
- Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP/system environment
- Experience managing project timelines and achievements in complex business environments
- Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners
- English required; additional languages preferred
- Up to approximately 20–30% global travel may be required
- Master’s degree, relevant certifications, Prosci certification, senior stakeholder engagement, regulated or matrixed transformation experience, learning technologies, digital adoption tools, blended learning, continuous improvement, process transformation, or operating model change preferred
