About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead S/4HANA end-to-end solution delivery across all program releases
Drive efficiency, standardization, and automation opportunities
Own cross-functional solution design topics from design through build and testing
Manage cross-functional dependencies, identify integration risks, and resolve issues affecting release timelines
Manage, resolve, and report cross-functional conflicts and dependencies
Participate in Scrum of Scrums meetings to support decision-making and remove impediments
Contribute to IT Summit discussions and end-to-end integration architecture finalization for each release
Facilitate baseline configuration completion and PI Planning for cross-functional design topics
Lead cross-functional solution integration build and testing activities across SAP functional, technical, middleware, infrastructure, security, data, and third-party application teams
Plan and execute end-to-end integration testing, including L5 stitching for Feature Integration Testing, regression testing, and defect triage
Lead defect management by prioritizing integration issues, coordinating root cause analysis, and driving timely resolution
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining release processes, increasing automation, and enhancing integration quality
Partner with business and technology stakeholders, value stream leads, IT leads, and global template owners
Engage with program teams at execution level and senior leadership at strategic level

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Bachelor's degree required
Preferred area of study: Information Technology or Supply Chain
12+ years of relevant hands-on SAP experience in at least 2 functional areas (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, VCM)
Progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or large transformation programs
Experience in end-to-end business process design, build, and testing
Hands-on project delivery experience, including ability to handle project timelines and milestones in complex business environments
Experience working in a complex, global system environment
Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects
Strong customer-centric focus, including development and management of partners and ability to engage and build relationships with senior business stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence and collaborate to obtain desired results
Certification in areas of expertise as SAP S/4HANA preferred
