About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and execution of data and analytics strategies supporting Joint Reconstruction business performance, commercial execution, operational excellence, and sustainable growth
  • Partner with commercial, business, technology, functional, and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive strategic outcomes
  • Establish and standardize data models, reporting frameworks, and dashboards
  • Drive development and adoption of predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities
  • Oversee data governance, data quality, definitions, and stewardship
  • Enable integration and alignment of data across commercial functions, systems, and geographies
  • Lead modernization initiatives for data architecture, tools, and platforms
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level communications
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making
  • Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals, decisions, and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or related finance roles
  • Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and business performance reporting capabilities
  • Ability to translate complex financial and data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to support business strategy and operational decisions
  • High standards for data integrity, controls, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Up to 10% domestic travel
  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Analytics preferred
  • Experience strengthening or standardizing data, analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools preferred
  • Experience supporting capital planning and post-investment analysis preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with financial systems and analytics tools preferred
  • Experience in a global, matrixed, or highly regulated environment preferred
  • CPA, CMA, or similar certification listed
