About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the vision and prioritization of platform-level features to meet business and technical needs
  • Enable platform and product squads and maintain accountability for technical delivery and value realization
  • Partner with platform architects to embed enterprise, compliance, and risk standards into platform solutions
  • Drive business value and outcomes for MedTech Global Commercial CxM solutions and connected digital capabilities
  • Own end-to-end platform lifecycle activities, including strategy, prioritization, delivery, performance management, production operations, and services
  • Enable AI-driven and data-centric lifecycle processes
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, standardization, and reduced fragmentation across operating companies and legacy systems
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with Product Owners and Product/Platform Architects on technical backlogs
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, roadmaps, backlogs, functional and non-functional requirements, costs, and delivery timelines
  • Manage vendors and suppliers and maintain expertise in CxM Marketing technology trends
  • Establish interaction models, cadences, standards, best practices, and decision rights between product and platform teams
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture guidelines, including APIs, security controls, approved technologies, and data standards
  • Drive platform solution selection and build-versus-buy decisions, including CloudX strategy
  • Collaborate with Lead Engineers on architecture for critical capabilities and solutions
  • Build financial budgets and resource plans
  • Manage Microsoft Dynamics CxM System Change Control, Risk Management Processes, and related IT procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, insights, metrics, best practices, and coaching
  • Process onboarding and offboarding of stable team resources and implement ISRM, GxP, SOX, asset management, and other compliance controls
  • Manage individual contributors and/or Supervisors and conduct performance management
  • Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident triage and restoration, and drive root-cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field highly preferred
  • 10+ years performing progressively advanced duties as specified below
  • Expert in applicable domain/products and the tech stack used within the J&J MedTech CxM domain, principally Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Co-Pilot and Co-Pilot Studio
  • Expert in Platform Development and Commercial business processes
  • Demonstrable experience leading teams of employees and/or contractors, including goal setting and career development
  • Demonstrable experience leading multiple global efforts with time and cost-related constraints in a fast-paced regulated environment
  • Experience in software product development lifecycle, product backlogs, release plans, removing blockers, and SAFe
  • Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to develop technology solutions, estimates, and plans for business or program needs
  • Strong commitment to continuous process improvement
  • Experience in vendor management and creating technology product visions and strategies
  • Experience building and integrating products with platform, data management, API architecture/design, and Cloud Native technologies
  • Experience engineering products over their lifecycle in a multi-team/channel context
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including responsible use and evaluation of generative AI
  • Required skills: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Dynamics 365
