About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the vision and prioritization of platform-level features for MedTech CxM Commercial Marketing platforms
- Drive technical delivery, business value realization and platform/product outcomes
- Own end-to-end platform lifecycle activities, including vision, strategy, prioritization, delivery, performance management and production operations
- Enable AI-driven and data-centric lifecycle processes
- Ensure scalability, reliability, standardization and reduced fragmentation across operating companies and legacy systems
- Align product, architecture and portfolio stakeholders and build technical backlogs with Product Owners and Product/Platform Architects
- Manage cross-team roadmap and backlog dependencies while balancing business value, feasibility, cost and delivery timelines
- Manage vendors and suppliers and maintain expertise in CxM Marketing technology trends
- Establish interaction models, cadences, standards, best practices and decision rights between product and platform teams
- Ensure platform alignment with enterprise architecture standards, including APIs, security controls, approved technologies and data standards
- Drive platform solution selection and build-versus-buy decisions, including CloudX strategy
- Collaborate with Lead Engineers on architecture of critical capabilities and solutions
- Build financial budgets and resource plans
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics CxM system change control, risk management and related IT procedures
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, insights, metrics, best practices and coaching
- Process onboarding and offboarding of stable team resources and implement compliance control processes
- Manage individual contributors and/or Supervisors and conduct effective performance management
- Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident triage and restoration, and drive root-cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years performing progressively advanced duties
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Co-Pilot and Co-Pilot Studio
- Expertise in platform development and commercial business processes
- Experience leading teams of employees and/or contractors, including goal setting and career development
- Experience leading multiple global efforts with time and cost constraints in a fast-paced regulated environment
- Experience with software product development lifecycle, product backlogs, release plans, blocker removal and SAFe
- Strong facilitation, collaboration and influencing skills
- Proven ability to develop creative technology solutions, technology/resource estimates and plans
- Strong commitment to continuous process improvement
- Experience in vendor management and creating technology product visions and strategies
- Experience building and integrating products with platforms, data management, API architecture/design and cloud-native technologies
- Experience engineering products over their lifecycle in a multi-team/channel context
- Demonstrated AI fluency, including responsible use and evaluation of generative AI while maintaining accountability and complying with governance, privacy, security and policy requirements
- Required skills: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Dynamics 365
