About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Global Customer Solutions – Americas leader and leadership team to translate strategy into an integrated operating agenda, priorities, goals, and execution plans
  • Drive the leadership operating rhythm, including agenda planning, business reviews, decision forums, priority tracking, and follow-through on commitments
  • Prepare executive-level briefings, presentations, talking points, and decision materials
  • Connect work across countries and functions and ensure alignment among regional and global stakeholders
  • Provide decision support through option analysis, scenario planning, data synthesis, and structured recommendations
  • Anticipate issues, facilitate escalation, and maintain focus on high-value priorities
  • Support organizational effectiveness, change adoption, talent priorities, employee engagement, and leadership communications
  • Maintain an integrated portfolio of strategic initiatives, roadmaps, sequencing, and dependencies
  • Establish project intake, evaluation, prioritization, approval, continuation, and closure processes
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from charter and scope definition through implementation, value realization, and closeout
  • Drive accountability for delivery within agreed scope and spend; intervene and escalate when outcomes are at risk
  • Monitor portfolio health and recommend accelerating, pausing, re-scoping, combining, or stopping initiatives
  • Maintain dashboards, roadmaps, action logs, risk registers, decision logs, and executive updates
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop contingencies and mitigation plans
  • Track budgets, actuals, resource requirements, benefits, and key performance indicators
  • Ensure consistent use of project standards, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates
  • Analyze performance and business insights to identify simplification, productivity, customer experience, and continuous-improvement opportunities
  • Build relationships across Americas countries, functions, and global teams, influencing without direct authority
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, working sessions, workshops, and stakeholder forums
  • Develop communications, presentations, and change plans for executive, functional, and employee audiences
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and change-readiness activities to support adoption and sustained results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Experience in project or program management, supply chain, customer solutions, business operations, strategy, or organizational transformation
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority in a matrixed organization
  • Strong business acumen connecting strategy, operations, customer priorities, resources, and financial implications
  • Exceptional organizational, facilitation, written communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, act decisively with incomplete information, and drive accountability across organizational levels
  • Track record of managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and maintaining attention to strategic outcomes and execution details
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and other project, portfolio, collaboration, and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or serving in a Chief of Staff, strategy, business operations, transformation, or portfolio-management capacity preferred
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and customer-facing operational interdependencies preferred
  • Experience working across the United States, Canada, and Latin America or within a global, multi-country environment preferred
  • Project-management certification or demonstrated mastery of established project-management methodologies preferred
  • Financial acumen and experience tracking business cases, budgets, benefits, and value realization preferred
  • Experience leading organizational change, communications, and adoption activities preferred
  • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel
