About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead global operational execution of Johnson & Johnson's Third Party Management program
  • Oversee third-party lifecycle activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, issue management, and offboarding
  • Drive workforce management, service delivery, process standardization, performance management, quality oversight, and continuous improvement
  • Lead day-to-day Third Party Management operations across assigned teams and regions
  • Ensure achievement of service levels, operational performance metrics, quality targets, and stakeholder experience objectives
  • Monitor operational volumes, workloads, cycle times, and capacity utilization
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex operational issues, risk exceptions, and process challenges
  • Execute TPM policies, procedures, standards, and governance requirements
  • Support program enhancements, operating model changes, continuous improvement initiatives, management reporting, governance reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations
  • Oversee due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring, remediation, and offboarding activities
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Global Security, ISRM, Healthcare Compliance, Procurement, business stakeholders, and other risk functions
  • Ensure adherence to requirements related to sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, privacy, and supplier risk management
  • Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cycle times, quality, and user experience
  • Lead process improvement and automation or technology-enabled solution initiatives
  • Support adoption of TPM technology platforms and workflow tools
  • Lead and develop managers, team leads, and individual contributors across multiple locations and time zones
  • Establish goals, performance expectations, and accountability measures
  • Coach team members and leaders and support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, inclusion, and customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Third Party Management, Procurement, Compliance, Risk Management, Supplier Management, Shared Services, Operations, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational teams in a complex, high-volume, process-driven environment
  • Experience managing managers, team leads, and/or global operational teams
  • Experience driving service delivery, quality, operational performance, and continuous improvement
  • Experience working across regions and partnering with global stakeholders
  • Experience supporting enterprise programs and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of procurement and/or compliance processes
  • Experience working within third-party risk management, supplier governance, or related risk frameworks preferred
