About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital capabilities supporting end-to-end supply chain, design, performance management, and decision-making
- Partner across business, technology, and analytics organizations to deliver scalable solutions that improve visibility and decision-making
- Drive the evolution and adoption of Digital Twins, simulation and modeling solutions, decision-support tools, and advanced analytics
- Develop and implement the digital capability roadmap aligned with business priorities and measurable value
- Define product vision, prioritize requirements, manage product backlogs, and coordinate delivery through adoption and value realization
- Establish performance metrics and governance processes to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement
- Lead development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario-modeling capabilities for supply chain design, network optimization, lifecycle management, and strategic planning
- Integrate analytics and decision-support capabilities into Value Chain Management processes
- Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Delivery, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology, and Data Science organizations
- Build customer relationships, drive alignment, and lead change management to accelerate adoption and capability maturity
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners delivering digital solutions
- Establish governance, support models, and operating processes
- Promote Agile product management practices and develop a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Experience across supply chain, operations, digital, analytics, or related business functions
- Experience leading digital products, business transformation initiatives, or enterprise capabilities in a complex matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, distribution, and network design
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions and drive adoption across customer groups
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple organizational levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer management capabilities
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% domestically and/or internationally
- Preferred: Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or related subject area
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree
- Preferred: Supply chain simulation, optimization, Digital Twin technologies, or advanced analytics
- Preferred: Digital products, planning systems, analytics platforms, or decision-support solutions
- Preferred: Data management, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging digital technologies
- Preferred: Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience
