About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement the roadmap for digital value chain capabilities
  • Define product vision, prioritize requirements, manage product backlogs, and coordinate delivery through adoption and value realization
  • Establish performance metrics and governance processes to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario modeling capabilities
  • Support supply chain design, network optimization, lifecycle management, and strategic planning decisions
  • Integrate analytical and decision-support capabilities into Value Chain Management processes
  • Evaluate supply chain scenarios, risks, opportunities, and performance trade-offs using data-driven methods
  • Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology, and Data Science organizations
  • Define requirements and implement solutions addressing critical business needs
  • Build customer relationships, drive organizational alignment, and lead change management to accelerate adoption
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners delivering digital solutions
  • Establish governance, support models, and operating processes
  • Promote Agile product management practices and organizational capability development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience across supply chain, operations, digital, analytics, or related business functions
  • Experience leading digital products, business transformation initiatives, or enterprise capabilities in a complex matrixed environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, distribution, and network design
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions and drive adoption across customer groups
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple organizational levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer management capabilities
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week
  • Preferred: Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or related subject area
  • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree
  • Preferred: Supply chain simulation, optimization, Digital Twin technologies, or advanced analytics
  • Preferred: Digital products, planning systems, analytics platforms, or decision-support solutions
  • Preferred: Data management, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging digital technologies
  • Preferred: Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry experience
  • Preferred: Consulting, strategy, or transformation experience
  • Preferred: Agile methodologies, product management practices, and value realization frameworks
  • Up to 15% domestic and/or international travel may be required
