About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital capabilities supporting end-to-end supply chain, design, performance management, and decision-making
  • Partner across business, technology, and analytics organizations to deliver scalable solutions that improve visibility, strengthen decision-making, and enable measurable business value
  • Drive the evolution and adoption of Digital Twins, simulation and modeling solutions, decision-support tools, and sophisticated analytics
  • Develop and implement the roadmap for digital capabilities and align digital investments with measurable value
  • Define product vision, prioritize requirements, manage product backlogs, and coordinate delivery through adoption and value realization
  • Establish performance metrics and governance processes to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario modeling capabilities for supply chain design, network optimization, lifecycle management, and strategic planning
  • Integrate analytical and decision-support capabilities into Value Chain Management processes
  • Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology, and Data Science organizations to define requirements and implement solutions
  • Build customer relationships, drive alignment, and lead change management activities to accelerate adoption and capability maturity
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in delivering digital solutions
  • Establish governance, support models, and operating processes
  • Promote Agile product management practices and strengthen organizational capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience across supply chain, operations, digital, analytics, or related business functions
  • Experience leading digital products, business transformation initiatives, or enterprise capabilities in a complex matrixed environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, distribution, and network design
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions and drive adoption across customer groups
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple organizational levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer management capabilities
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week
  • Preferred: experience with supply chain simulation, optimization, Digital Twin technologies, or advanced analytics
  • Preferred: experience implementing digital products, planning systems, analytics platforms, or decision-support solutions
  • Preferred: knowledge of data management, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging digital technologies
  • Preferred: experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Preferred: consulting, strategy, or transformation experience supporting large-scale organizational change
  • Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies, product management practices, and value realization frameworks
  • May require up to 15% domestic and/or international travel
