About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product backlog for Sales CXM capabilities and align it with the Sales CXM strategy and roadmap
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, user impact, dependencies, and technical feasibility
- Serve as primary product owner for assigned Agile Squads
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, and XD partners
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Review and accept completed work against acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Incorporate user feedback and adoption insights into backlog refinement and enhancements
- Partner with change management and training teams to support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Define and track metrics for sales efficiency, user adoption, and business outcomes
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the sales experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, economics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations, sales force effectiveness or related roles
- Experience in change management and business transformation, with a proven track record of enhancing sales productivity and operational efficiency
- Deep commercial background, preferably in sales and/or marketing, with a robust understanding of customer needs and commercial effectiveness
- Proven success leading initiatives that deliver measurable operational improvements
- Strong facilitation, leadership, and influencing skills
- Ability to work with senior leadership and diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex initiatives into clear messages
- Data-driven approach to measuring adoption, process improvements, and productivity gains
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation projects within sales-driven or customer-focused organizations (preferred)
- Proven leadership in complex stakeholder environments and delivering operational improvements (preferred)
- Cross-functional experience in Commercial or Clinical Support (highly desirable)
