Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own product vision, roadmap, and capability strategy for Finance and Supply Chain transformation initiatives
Align business priorities with enterprise technology strategy and organizational objectives
Drive capability planning, prioritization, requirements definition, scope governance, and feature prioritization
Advise executive stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Tax, Procurement, Commercial, and Technology organizations
Build partnerships with Business Process Owners, Finance leaders, Supply Chain leaders, Enterprise Architecture, and Global Delivery teams
Facilitate executive discussions, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and present status, risks, recommendations, and strategic decisions
Lead cross-functional alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Tax, Master Data, ERP, manufacturing, and related processes
Lead design, validation, deployment, adoption, template standardization, and scalability of SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities
Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities, including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Intelligent Automation, Machine Learning, Digital Assistants, and Process Mining
Own end-to-end delivery from strategy through hypercare, managing scope, timeline, budget, dependencies, risks, quality, and business readiness
Lead Agile planning including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Prioritization, and Release Planning
Oversee Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare
Manage global system integrators and implementation partners, including governance, performance metrics, deliverables, resource plans, and issue resolution
Establish governance frameworks, lead risk mitigation, and ensure SOX, GxP, financial controls, data governance, and enterprise security compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in Finance Technology, ERP Transformation, or Supply Chain Finance
7+ years of SAP Finance implementation experience
5+ years of Product Management or Program Leadership experience
Experience leading global SAP S/4HANA implementations
Experience managing large-scale system integrators and consulting partners
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance (CFIN), Material Ledger, Product Costing, Revenue Accounting, Tax Integrations, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP
MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
