About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administrative management and coordination of daily service and workshop operations
- Processing and prioritizing incoming service requests, as well as supporting resource and capacity planning
- Assigning, planning, coordinating, and tracking loaner and replacement devices
- Organizing Europe-wide pickups and deliveries in collaboration with logistics and courier service providers
- Preparing and reviewing required transportation and shipping data, as well as pro forma invoices
- Tracking shipments and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Handling customer inquiries and providing information on repair status, maintenance, and loaner devices
- Maintaining service, customer, and system data, and supporting analyses, quality requirements, and the optimization of service processes
- Collaborating with customers, field service, Sales, logistics service providers, and Technical Service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial or technical vocational training (or a completed degree)
- Several years of experience in service coordination, logistics, order processing, or a comparable administrative environment
- Experience in logistics and, ideally, in a highly regulated industry such as MedTech
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, combined with a strong customer and service orientation
- Very good German skills and good written and spoken English
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
