About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Field Sales leadership to optimize inventory levels and support growth initiatives
- Lead inventory optimization efforts including set balancing, trunk stock reduction, and PAR alignment
- Drive asset redeployment initiatives including pullbacks, reallocation, and redistribution of inventory
- Analyze inventory and financial data to provide actionable insights
- Support new product introductions and field conversions with proper asset allocation
- Execute system transactions in SAP or equivalent systems to support asset movement
- Manage field support requests and resolve inventory-related issues impacting case coverage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
- Support development of dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Drive change management and adoption of inventory strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field)
- 4+ years in Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Medical device or healthcare experience with Spine business preferred
- Inventory optimization or asset management experience preferred
