About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in process, project, and/or quality activities across the manufacturing network
- Become involved in the day-to-day functions of a medical device manufacturing facility
- Develop business documents including validation protocols, engineering studies, and work instructions
- Support senior engineers on Business Continuity and/or Cost Improvement projects
- Create and analyze manufacturing-process data to recommend improvements or changes
- Support Operations, End-to-End Projects, Business Excellence, Manufacturing Process, and Manufacturing Systems teams across assigned value streams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Enrolled in a 4-year Engineering curriculum
- Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
- Understanding of common engineering analysis tools, such as statistical process control, and reporting mechanisms
- Ability to commute 5 days per week to the facility located in Raynham, MA
- Knowledge of Power BI and Python
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require employment visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future
- Previous experience in GMP manufacturing, medical devices, or FDA-related activities is recommended
- Project Management experience is a plus
- A minimum of 1 prior Co-Op experience is recommended
