About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the End to End supply chain lead for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects
  • Drive project plans, deliverables, and execution
  • Collaborate across Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to develop project plans and align resources and prioritization
  • Develop and execute project plans from project charter through hand-off to manufacturing and/or supplier sites through global launch
  • Partner with other functions to achieve commercial success, profitability, timeliness, and quality objectives
  • Execute projects in compliance with defined new product development processes and procedures
  • Provide innovative solutions to accelerate project execution and meet business deliverables
  • Build strong cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across teams
  • Communicate business-related issues, risks, and opportunities to the next management level
  • Develop launch readiness plans with Planning teams for manufacturing scale-up, global launches, and long-term supply strategies
  • Ensure alignment on make-versus-buy decisions and support site selection activities with Source and Plan functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or another related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD) and/or New Product Introduction (NPI) project management
  • Experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience within Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biologics, or other highly regulated industries is preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or NPI programs is preferred
  • Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Lean, PMP, APICS, or equivalent certification is preferred
