About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as supply chain lead on large global NPD or lifecycle programs
  • Orchestrate Supply Chain readiness from Charter preparation through GATE 6/stabilization and potentially beyond, including end-to-end supply execution
  • Design and establish value chains for new products or key brands
  • Align supply chain strategies with key business functions and organizational strategies
  • Drive end-to-end value through program management and collaboration with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Planning, and supply chain partners
  • Drive alignment to the supply chain readiness process and ensure functional accountability
  • Deliver project communications to leaders across multiple organizational levels
  • Build multifunctional teams and mentor team members
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
  • Supervise or lead full-time and contractor resources as applicable
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, health, safety, environmental practices, and applicable regulations
  • Develop optimized supply chain strategies for global programs
  • Identify and implement capabilities that improve efficiency and accelerate launch execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree required
  • Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, or R&D in a Healthcare Industry
  • Project Management experience, including developing and implementing processes for new or existing products/processes and/or new technologies
  • Demonstrated ability applying project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and organizational change techniques
  • Outstanding written, presentation, meeting management, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a complex matrix organization and achieving results through internal and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills
  • Experience in data analytics
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment where priorities change rapidly
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • End-to-end mindset, including business acumen and ability to manage project financials
  • English fluency required
  • Six Sigma/Lean, project management, PMP, or FPX certification is preferred
  • Knowledge or experience with master production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain management
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Understanding of P&L calculation and COGS
  • Knowledge of engineering and project management principles, including Risk Management, FPX, Harmonized Stage Gate Process, FMEA, DFM/A, scientific molding, and capital equipment systems manufacturing/inspection processes
  • Proficiency in three-dimensional modeling, drafting, layout techniques, GD&T, and engineering calculations
  • Experience with process validation procedures IQ/OQ/PQ, protocols, execution, and report writing
  • Experience with capital equipment systems, manufacturing processes, and inspection techniques
  • Knowledge of FDA, BSI, ISO, and GMP requirements
  • Experience in manufacturing or external manufacturing/managing suppliers
  • Experience supporting product platforms and manufacturing technologies including metals, polymers/plastics, sterile packaging systems, electronic components, additive manufacturing, and absorbable technologies
  • Ability to lead supply chain, manufacturing, or new product introduction activities across diverse product portfolios
  • Understanding of S&OP/IBP planning concepts
  • Ability to travel 15%
  • Medical Device industry experience is a plus
