About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide specialized technical support for medical products throughout the commercial cycle
  • Attend surgical procedures and ensure the correct use of products in the hospital environment
  • Guide physicians and hospital teams in the use of technologies
  • Ensure optimal clinical performance during procedures
  • Deliver technical training to medical, nursing, and commercial teams

  • Ensure technical alignment during pre- and post-sales activities
  • Build relationships with surgeons, multidisciplinary teams, clinical engineering, and OPME stakeholders
  • Organize and verify procedure and healthcare operator documentation
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to proper processes
  • Monitor material utilization and hospital workflows
  • Identify new opportunities within accounts
  • Support portfolio expansion
  • Contribute to market-share gains and sales growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
  • Hospital experience preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in sales, healthcare products, hospital environments, or the pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Own vehicle preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours
