About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing techniques
- Screen and assess candidates against job requirements
- Coordinate interview processes and support timely hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in applicant tracking systems
- Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience aligned with DePuy Synthes values
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required
- Typically 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR roles
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Chinese and English proficiency are required
- Minimal travel expected, up to 10% domestically
- Postgraduate qualification in HR or Talent Management is preferred
- Experience recruiting in a shared services, corporate, or global environment is preferred
- Exposure to hiring for technical, corporate, or operations roles is preferred
- Experience using data and metrics to improve recruiting outcomes is preferred
- Familiarity with employer branding or recruitment marketing activities is preferred
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries is preferred
- Talent acquisition or HR certifications are preferred
