About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently create, review, approve, and maintain complex master data in eLIMS (LabVantage)
  • Configure and maintain master data for Release processes, Stability studies, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Certificates of Analysis
  • Ensure configurations meet data standards and are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Manage and coordinate master data requests across multiple sites
  • Support Stability Master Data Management and maintenance of Common Specifications
  • Translate complex business requirements into system configurations
  • Apply advanced knowledge of paperless laboratory processes and master data design files
  • Support Non-Conformance and CAPA processes within the Enterprise Quality Management System
  • Assess change requests for system and cross-functional impact
  • Implement approved changes within eLIMS and related systems
  • Participate in change implementation planning and execution
  • Maintain inspection-ready system documentation in EDMS with accuracy, traceability, and version control
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations
  • Perform or support User Acceptance Testing activities
  • Interface between iLABs Base Business/project teams and automation initiatives
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements and optimization initiatives
  • Use analytical tools such as Tableau and Power Automate for data extraction, reporting, and automation
  • Support data-driven decision-making and process monitoring
  • Act as subject matter expert and potentially Process Owner for assigned domains

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in a regulated environment
  • Hands-on experience with eLIMS (LabVantage)
  • Solid knowledge of cGMP / GxP requirements
  • Knowledge of quality systems and compliance processes
  • Knowledge of risk management principles
  • Ability to manage complex topics independently
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to escalate appropriately
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2; C1 preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and lead domain-specific initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Advanced experience in eLIMS master data configuration (multiple data types) preferred
  • Strong understanding of iLABs / paperless lab processes preferred
  • Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows preferred
  • Experience with Stability Master Data Management preferred
  • Experience with COA configuration preferred
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Quality Systems (e.g., COMET) preferred
  • Experience in Change Control assessment and execution ownership preferred
  • Experience with EDMS (e.g., TruVault) preferred
  • Understanding of multi-site configurations preferred
