Key responsibilities & impact

Complete work assignments within the hiring country as part of a two-year technology career acceleration program
Develop skills through on-the-job, virtual, and classroom training
Work in roles such as business technologist and business analyst across AI/intelligent automation, data insights, data/decision science, full-stack engineering, and cybersecurity
Work closely with a supervisor to achieve goals and objectives within the assigned capability area
Create AI and intelligent automation systems and solutions
Craft efficient and reliable software and cloud code for business outcomes
Engineer, transform, model, visualize, and stream data into products and customer experiences
Build, refine, and implement generative AI models and deliver projects successfully
Help protect enterprise cyber assets through people, policies, processes, and technologies
Participate in or lead projects addressing real business and customer needs
Improve technical, business, and professional skills while working with decentralized operating companies

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s or master’s degree attained between June 2026 and June 2027 is required
Able to start in a full-time capacity by June 28, 2027
Relevant field of study: IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, IT for Business, Master of Science in Bioinformatics/Biomedical, or related fields
Required to be located or relocate geographically within one of the three locations
Authorized to work permanently in the EU without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Maximum of one full year of professional, full-time work experience, excluding internships, co-ops pursued while earning a degree, and military experience
Experience in a technology or related internship or co-op is preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills, business insight, and technical skills
Advanced analytics and analytical skills
Highly effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills
Willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment
Passion for and knowledge of leading and emerging technologies
