About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and grow the Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision business within the assigned territory
  • Contribute directly to UK & Ireland market share goals
  • Meet targets across Net Trade Sales and PC-IOL sales
  • Build strong customer relationships and apply clinical insight and effective selling
  • Manage NHS and private sector accounts across East Midlands, Humber, and South Yorkshire
  • Partner with customers to support the evolving demands of modern cataract surgery and improve patient outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Clinical Services
  • Attend live cataract and lens replacement surgical procedures when confident and ready
  • Provide expert product support and guidance to healthcare professionals
  • Use data and analytics to drive business success
