About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate B2B sales and marketing activity across Joma Jewellery, A Littles & Co, Katie Loxton and Katie Loxton Inc.
  • Support new season launches, campaigns and promotions across wholesale channels
  • Support the B2B Sales & Marketing Manager and wider Wholesale team to drive commercial growth and achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate and execute the B2B marketing calendar across all territories
  • Coordinate sales tools including brochures, training materials, creative assets, emails, app content and website updates
  • Coordinate B2B email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and maintain the B2B sales app, including product categories, collections, pricing, imagery and stock availability
  • Maintain and audit B2B websites, product listings, seasonal campaigns and category pages
  • Support Sales Agents with queries, reporting, prospecting and sales administration
  • Assist with reporting and analysing sales performance, campaign results, customer engagement and website activity
  • Identify wholesale marketing opportunities and review new stockist enquiries
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate and consistent sales and marketing information across internal systems and customer-facing platforms
  • Coordinate trade press advertising briefs and editorial opportunities
  • Support Wholesale and Events teams with imagery, assets, showroom presentations, events and invitations
  • Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Customer Experience and the Sales Agent network
  • Provide sales administration support across the UK and EU Sales Agent network
  • Undertake additional projects supporting wholesale channel growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience within a B2B Sales, Marketing or Commercial Coordinator/Assistant role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing principles, with good commercial awareness
  • Experience maintaining product information and data, ideally across customer-facing sales or ecommerce platforms
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working with product information, pricing and written content
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CRM, ERP or sales management systems would be advantageous
  • Experience within the fashion, lifestyle or jewellery industry would be desirable but isn't essential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Ability to work in the Banbury, Oxfordshire office approximately three days per week, increasing to five days during peak periods
