About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day workload of the Digital Design and Print Design teams, ensuring projects are prioritised and delivered on time
  • Support, mentor and develop designers
  • Review and guide creative output to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and consistently high quality
  • Oversee digital assets including social media graphics, product-focused social content, GIF-style assets and animations, paid media creative, promotional campaign assets, and digital content with layered typography and messaging
  • Oversee print and physical design assets including point-of-sale materials, brochures, printed collateral, store backdrop graphics, in-store signage, display assets, wholesale materials and event materials
  • Work with Brand, Marketing and Ecommerce teams to translate briefs into effective creative solutions
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and wider Creative team on campaign and launch consistency
  • Provide feedback and guidance throughout projects
  • Improve processes and ways of working across the department
  • Support creative projects across additional brands when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a senior graphic design, creative lead or design management role
  • Previous experience managing, mentoring or coaching designers
  • Strong understanding of both digital content creation and print production, with a portfolio demonstrating work across both areas
  • Experience creating or overseeing social-first creative and marketing assets
  • Knowledge of print processes and designing for physical environments and collateral
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • A collaborative, positive approach with strong communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work
