About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the UK and EU wholesale sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market share
  • Lead wholesale sales activity across franchise partners, key accounts and sales agents
  • Own and grow strategic key account relationships and develop joint business plans
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, territories, channels and customers
  • Define and deliver company-wide commercial objectives and growth strategies with Directors and Heads of Department
  • Ensure territories, key accounts, franchises and agents achieve or exceed sales and growth targets
  • Lead, coach and develop the Wholesale Sales team, setting objectives and monitoring KPIs
  • Manage sales agent and franchise partner performance through reviews, coaching and commercial support
  • Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to improve commercial performance
  • Ensure brands are represented in appropriate retail environments and wholesale partners follow brand standards
  • Present seasonal collections and provide product training to agents and wholesale partners
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying and Product teams on product distribution, stock allocation and sell-through
  • Drive seasonal launches across wholesale channels
  • Develop sales tools, presentations and commercial materials with Marketing and Design
  • Partner with Ecommerce and Marketing on B2B platforms, digital tools and marketing initiatives
  • Lead the UK Customer Experience team and oversee the end-to-end customer journey
  • Establish and monitor customer service KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Merchandising and Sales on order fulfilment, invoicing and customer issues
  • Resolve operational challenges affecting customer satisfaction, orders or invoiced sales
  • Build relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong wholesale sales leadership experience across key accounts, franchise partners and sales agents
  • Demonstrated success in business development and identifying new growth opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building and key account management skills
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and long-term partnerships
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Highly organised, results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
