About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the main point of contact for general sales inquiries
  • Create and review sales reports to support sales targets across key accounts and Agents
  • Maintain knowledge of best sellers, USPs, performance, and targets for all regions
  • Feed back on competition in the market or at shows
  • Support showroom management, including appointments, layout, sales performance, and sales capture
  • Conduct face-to-face showroom selling
  • Follow up sales leads and convert them into revenue
  • Create sales leads
  • Brief the sales team on activities
  • Assist with new-season launches to wholesale customers and Agents
  • Run the top-line show schedule
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Events to brief, approve, and action tasks and assets
  • Manage and update sales presentation materials, brochures, sales decks, and posters
  • Support management of Key Accounts, including presenting ranges and products
  • Prepare provisional orders and process order requests
  • Keep customers updated with relevant product information
  • Support Customer Experience with after-sales support and ensure orders become invoiced sales
  • Monitor account approval and setup
  • Support Key Account strategy by prospecting new accounts and helping launch the brand
  • Support Agents with tasks and information to meet sales targets
  • Build customer and Agent relationships
  • Communicate with Agents about shows and upcoming events
  • Coordinate seasonal deliveries of sales samples and marketing materials
  • Attend key events across the US and sell to customers
  • Prepare show stock lists, pick, and pack
  • Maintain tidy, clean, on-brand showroom spaces
  • Support seasonal showroom setups and displays
  • Participate in new shop-in-shop setups
  • Work with Visual Merchandising to generate brand books and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience working in a similar wholesale focused position within the fashion, lifestyle or jewelry sector
  • Excellent administration and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Able to build working relationships with those at different levels
  • Positive and inspiring team player and a confident communicator
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • Visual Merchandising knowledge is desired
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Ability to sell to customers face to face and virtually
  • Travel is required for the role
