About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute training plans and develop training materials
  • Schedule classes with firms and provide software instruction to employees
  • Review results and trainee feedback to improve materials and classes
  • Identify and assist with additional training and software improvement opportunities
  • Meet with management personnel and software users to understand organizational needs and tailor training agendas
  • Provide remote learning courses to firms globally
  • Conduct onsite/in-person training and consulting for US and Canadian firms
  • Accompany colleagues to trade shows, user groups, and networking events
  • Assist firms with best-practice solutions and custom consulting projects
  • Design and present product webinars
  • Help evolve new training practices and solutions to support customer success
  • Serve as a key training resource for internal MiniSoft colleagues
  • Provide online training, customer support, trip preparation, and follow-up from a home office

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or prior professional experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Engaging presentation skills and style
  • Experience teaching or delivering training to diverse audiences
  • Ability to flexibly generate and execute training agendas
  • Ability to self-manage and perform responsibly in a remote environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • General knowledge of web-based conferencing platforms (e.g., Webex, Zoom) strongly preferred
  • Educational content creation experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel, including occasional international travel and potentially up to 80% travel during peak periods
