About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support organisational transformation across the business
- Lead organisational design initiatives and support change programs
- Create future-state operating models that drive commercial and people outcomes
- Advise leaders on organisational structures, workforce planning, change management and talent implications
- Architect and execute structural changes with GM, HR and operational leaders
- Use workforce analytics, spans and layers analysis, and workflow mapping to identify structural bottlenecks
- Propose and drive end-to-end restructure and change management processes
- Advise operational leaders on scalable, capability-led team designs
- Co-design future-state organisational structures and phased transition plans
- Design and deliver transparent change communication packs
- Project manage structural transitions from business case through consultation and implementation
- Partner with Centres of Excellence on compensation structures, performance frameworks and talent pipelines
- Translate organisational charts into role profiles and position descriptions
- Assist in designing workforce plans aligned with labour spend and budgeted operating models
- Deliver data-driven organisational design insights on spans and layers, headcount variances, vacancy rates and turnover trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Minimum five years' experience in an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience
- Strong organisational design skills, with experience in McKinsey Modelling
- Demonstrated experience in delivering on key projects related to HR initiatives
- Proven employee and industrial relations experience and people change management practices
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across a matrixed organisation
- Successful candidates are required to provide a current National Police Clearance
