  • Analyze revenue generation and monetization models
  • Assess commercial content acquisition models, including licensing, commissioning, revenue sharing, and IP arrangements
  • Evaluate customer acquisition, go-to-market, retention, churn, and repeat-revenue strategies
  • Analyze business economics, cost structures, margins, unit economics, and scaling investment requirements
  • Develop a viable business and financial model
  • Develop a realistic 3–5-year investment roadmap
  • Recommend the most attractive revenue model, commercial structure, and go-to-market strategy for a new entrant
  • Identify key financial assumptions, risks, milestones, and priorities for the first 6–12 months

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Direct experience operating, monetizing, or scaling microdrama platforms
  • Ability to share actual business metrics, financial benchmarks, and practical insights from managed platforms or business lines
  • Knowledge of microdrama revenue models, including subscriptions, pay-per-episode, coins, and advertising
  • Knowledge of pricing models, ARPU, conversion rates, and customer spending benchmarks
  • Knowledge of content licensing, commissioning, revenue-sharing agreements, licensing costs, revenue shares, and IP arrangements
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition channels and go-to-market strategies
  • Knowledge of CAC, LTV, free-to-paid conversion, retention, churn, and payback-period benchmarks
  • Knowledge of revenue drivers, cost structures, margins, unit economics, and scaling investment requirements
  • Ability to develop realistic financial models and 3–5-year investment roadmaps
  • Ability to recommend revenue models, commercial structures, and go-to-market strategies for a new entrant
  • Ability to identify financial assumptions, risks, validation milestones, and first 6–12 month priorities
  • Focus strictly on business strategy, revenue, monetization, commercial economics, and financial modeling—not content creation, creative strategy, or production processes
