About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and lead the department team and strategies under management guidance
  • Supervise daily operations, including logistics, customer service, and related areas
  • Gather briefs from Operations, the client, and/or the Commercial team
  • Analyze event allocation among coordinators based on volume, complexity, delivery deadline, and event date
  • Open the SPEC, make initial contact with the client, clarify questions, and assign the request to the team
  • Monitor the SLA weekly and update the SPEC cover sheet
  • Manage the reconciliation of client and TH cards with the Finance Department
  • Monitor attendance, working hours, vacation, and birthday day off
  • Review cost spreadsheets and the closing reports prepared by junior and mid-level coordinators
  • Select suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones and provide regular feedback
  • Align the team's delivery with the company's strategy
  • Standardize the network, spreadsheets, and client communications
  • Update the event tracking spreadsheet
  • Lead the onboarding and training of new employees on SPEC and THEI processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced English for customer service and negotiations
  • Experience managing schedules, contracts, and budgets
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Associate degree or technology degree
  • Postgraduate qualification
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Independent contractor engagement (PJ)
