About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond promptly and effectively to new lead inquiries
  • Cultivate leads through phone calls, Creative Follow-Ups, tours, and home visits
  • Create empathetic human connections with potential residents and family members
  • Help leads and families evaluate senior living options
  • Drive gross and net community occupancy gains by monitoring move-ins, move-outs, and vacancies
  • Handle new lead traffic for all communities in the designated region
  • Conduct lead reviews and lead-base audits with onsite teams
  • Analyze lead sources, prospect information, and marketing metrics weekly
  • Meet KPIs including Voice to Voices, Creative Follow-Ups, inquiry-to-tour conversion, Speed to Lead, email blasts, and bulk text messages
  • Meet regularly with the managing director regarding program functionality, results, challenges, and building-specific issues
  • Develop strategies for struggling buildings and identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage leads in the Welcome Home platform
  • Apply sales processes including the STEP method, Order of Process, KPI compliance, and case studies
  • Participate in daily sales coverage from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., seven days a week
  • Answer forwarded after-hours calls from prospective residents within two hours
  • Field incoming sales calls and collect complete contact information
  • Make outbound calls and participate in call-a-thon events
  • Arrange community tours for prospective residents and families
  • Qualify prospective residents according to company policy and state and federal requirements
  • Maintain activity follow-up sheets, lead notes, follow-ups, and action plans
  • Collaborate with the Senior Living Director and Executive Director on operational and occupancy improvements
  • Maintain sales contacts and partnerships with referral agencies
  • Maintain promotional items, office supplies, and the marketing office
  • Update lead databases, referral agencies, and Partner Central regarding move-ins, pricing, vacancies, and other information
  • Participate in employer-provided training
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of a 12th-grade proficiency
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Criminal clearance required
  • Good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
  • Health screening by a physician no more than six months before or seven days following employment
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of health screening
  • Able to sit at a desk up to eight hours a day
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for brief periods
  • Able to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets
  • Able to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
