Evaluate historical performance of partners, events, and initiatives from first touch through funded in-school and refinance loans
Build ROI cases for new initiatives and prioritize schools, partners, and segments each season
Identify distribution channels reaching borrowers seeking refinancing and develop plans to capture opportunities
Lead diligence and onboarding for new lenders across in-school loans and refinancing
Set milestones and metrics with business units and track initiatives through results
Take hands-on ownership of teams or functions to fill leadership gaps, launch initiatives, or accelerate growth
Work directly with an executive team member to determine where Juno invests time and capital
Build analysis, collaborate with business unit leaders on plans, and drive execution

What you’ll need

2 to 5 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy role at a high-growth company
Ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations
SQL proficiency
Financial modeling skills
Commercial judgment to distinguish activity from impact
Ability to carry initiatives from analysis through implementation
Ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned on owners and deadlines
Ability to build tools with AI tooling and APIs
Candid communication of difficult conclusions with supporting data
Ability to align partners, lenders, and business unit leaders around a single plan
