About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own partnership setup, including onboarding, tracking links, assets, and deliverable schedules
Activate and manage existing partnerships by tracking deliverables, following up on late items, and flagging underperformance
Coordinate webinars, campus events, and conference presence end to end
Translate vertical leads’ needs into requests for marketing and design resources and shepherd them to completion
Maintain accurate partner contacts, terms, deliverables, and performance records
Support conversion campaigns during application season through outreach, follow-ups, and member support across the funnel
Use AI tools to draft partner communications, build trackers, and QA deliverables
Help students access competitive graduate student loan rates through Juno’s partnership programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 0–2+ years in an operations, coordination, project management, or client-facing role
Recent graduates with a strong internship track record are welcome
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many concurrent threads
Strong written communication skills
Reliable follow-through and ability to close loops independently
Comfort with spreadsheets, CRMs, and project trackers
Existing use of AI in daily work
Comfort planning for and working through seasonal peaks
Tenacity to achieve targets
