Design, develop, maintain, and enhance reliable, scalable software across front-end and back-end systems
Build user-facing features and supporting back-end services
Partner with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop technical solutions
Contribute to B2P migration efforts and improvements to core operational systems
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Use SQL and application data flows to support functionality, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance
Participate in code reviews and strengthen engineering standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates in an agile, sprint-based environment
Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience in a full-stack role
Proficiency in .NET frameworks, C#, and data-access technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including experience with complex queries and performance-sensitive data scenarios
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with React is preferred
Familiarity with unit and integration testing using NUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks
Ability to work effectively with evolving or ambiguous requirements
Strong problem-solving skills
Interest in understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions
Experience working in agile, sprint-based development environments
Experience with large language models and generative AI tools, such as OpenAI technologies, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools
Experience measuring and optimizing webpage performance is a plus
Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher
