About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own inRiver PIM, Bynder DAM, and Boomi platform roadmaps, configuration standards, environments, releases, licensing, security/roles, documentation, health, and continuous improvement
Architect end-to-end integrations across PIM, DAM, CRM, commerce, web, analytics, ERP, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and legacy manufacturing ERPs
Define systems of record, data flows, interface contracts, and integration patterns
Build, test, and deploy Boomi processes with reusable components, logging, alerting, exception handling, and lifecycle practices
Integrate acquired-company and legacy systems
Define product and digital-asset master-data strategy, ownership, lifecycle, taxonomies, data models, governance, and data-quality standards
Partner with Data & Analytics to deliver platform data into Microsoft Fabric and support Power BI reporting
Lead platform and integration projects end to end, including scope, requirements, estimates, sequencing, resources, risks, testing, cutover, hypercare, budget, and backlog prioritization
Translate business needs into technical requirements and executive status updates
Lead design reviews and serve as escalation point for complex platform, integration, and data issues
Manage software vendors and implementation partners, including delivery quality, SLAs, escalations, roadmap reviews, SOWs, licensing, renewals, and value/cost analysis
Build internal capability through documentation, training, mentoring, and business-user enablement
Contribute to IT strategy and acquisition/digital-commerce roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent professional experience
8+ years in enterprise IT with progressive technical responsibility
3+ years in a senior, lead, or architect-level role
Hands-on ownership of a PIM and/or DAM platform
Hands-on integration development and architecture on an iPaaS platform
Experience integrating enterprise applications across CRM, including Salesforce, eCommerce, content/DXP, order management, and ERP environments
Strong master data fundamentals, including data modeling, taxonomy design, governance, stewardship, and data-quality measurement
Proven leadership of cross-functional technology projects with delivery, budget, risk, and stakeholder accountability
Practical vendor management experience across SOWs, SLAs, escalations, licensing, and renewals
Working knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, data transformation, and SQL
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently, set priorities, and build credibility with engineers, business leaders, and executives
inRiver and Bynder strongly preferred; comparable platforms acceptable with transferable depth
Boomi strongly preferred; MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or SnapLogic experience transferable
Master's degree, platform certifications, manufacturing or industrial distribution experience, Adobe Commerce/Magento or Adobe Experience Manager experience, Microsoft Fabric/Azure data services/Power BI experience, Salesforce platform experience, product-data syndication familiarity, and PMP/Agile/Scrum/TOGAF/ITIL certification are additional qualifications that could help
