About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own identity and access management with Okta, including SSO, MFA and the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Manage MacBook, Windows and Android device fleets through Workspace ONE UEM, including enrollment, compliance and security policies
- Manage Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Miro and the Atlassian suite
- Build request types, workflows, SLAs and approval processes in Jira Service Management
- Automate recurring work with Google Apps Script, Okta Workflows and n8n
- Track CVEs across the fleet, review audit logs and establish automated security reporting in line with GDPR and BDSG
- Apply ISO 27001 and TISAX principles to daily work without owning the certifications
- Communicate technical details to administrators and broader information to management
- Work as part of the Corporate IT team for a Germany-based IT service company serving automotive, finance and other regulated industries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of hands-on experience in corporate IT, IT operations or IT administration, ideally in a remote-first environment
- Solid foundation across IAM (Okta or similar), collaboration suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), MDM/UEM (Workspace ONE or similar) and Atlassian
- Scripting experience as everyday work, for example JavaScript, Apps Script, Python or low-code workflows
- Security and compliance mindset
- Experience with ISO 27001 or TISAX is a big plus
- Strong communication skills in German (C1, native) and English (B2+), for documentation and vendor tickets
- Analytical and structured approach
- Ownership mentality and ability to drive topics forward independently
- Nice to have: AWS integrations (API Gateway, Lambda), Looker Studio, ITIL knowledge or relevant certifications
