About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the squad’s technical reference, leading architecture and code quality decisions and providing mentorship
  • Design and evolve distributed systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance
  • Define and ensure adherence to the architectural design of APIs and microservices using C#/.NET Core and Node.js
  • Evolve service integration patterns using REST, RabbitMQ, and event-driven architecture
  • Participate in data modeling for relational and non-relational databases
  • Implement and review unit, integration, contract, and load testing strategies
  • Ensure security, authentication, authorization, and compliance for external integrations
  • Contribute to capacity planning, production troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of incidents
  • Define and ensure front-end architecture standards for Flutter or React
  • Ensure performance, accessibility, and UX in collaboration with Design and Product teams
  • Establish a design system, reusable components, and best practices for state management and API integration
  • Guide decisions between web and Android/iOS mobile applications
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, tech talks, and pair programming
  • Lead technical decisions, living documentation, planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and reviews
  • Identify process and architecture improvements and contribute to the platform’s technical roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Solid experience with C#/.NET Core and Node.js in production environments
  • Proven expertise in REST APIs and microservices architecture
  • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
  • Strong experience with messaging, RabbitMQ or similar technologies, and asynchronous integration patterns
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and AWS in production environments
  • Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and contract testing
  • Advanced proficiency in Flutter (Dart) and/or React (TypeScript/JavaScript)
  • Experience with front-end architecture, performance, accessibility, and integration with RESTful APIs
  • Version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab
  • Agile methodologies, including Scrum/Kanban
  • Technical English for reading and writing
  • Track record of mentorship and technical leadership
  • Graduate degree, MBA, or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Android/iOS mobile applications is a plus
  • Python, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, observability, and AI coding tools are a plus
