About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, review, and proof direct loan documents, extensions, rewrites, and leases for Finance & Insurance Sales Representatives
- Review post-close deals for proper execution and compliance
- Follow up on title and lien perfections to fulfill legal requirements
- Complete funding documentation and submit finalized deal packages to lending institutions
- Manage customer insurance data entry and process policy updates
- Track policy expirations, cancellations, and renewals
- Set up physical customer files and labels
- Scan insurance and deal documentation for accurate electronic storage
- Communicate with dealerships to resolve documentation deficiencies
- Stay current on finance and insurance regulations, documentation requirements, and industry best practices
- Greet clients professionally and answer inquiries with quality phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support to the JX Financial team
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School or Equivalent
- Post-High School education preferred, but not required
- A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in loan documentation or loan processing required
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate experience with Google Applications preferred
- Curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit"
