About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support employees with IT issues and receive and follow up on centralized support requests
Set up technical equipment for new employees and provide technical support during offboarding, including the setup of PCs, notebooks, and peripheral devices
Analyze and resolve network issues in the integration network
Set up and manage access to the integration network via jump hosts
Manage and document firewall rules for the integration network
Create and update IT documentation
Prepare the procurement of IT hardware
Serve as the point of contact for failed CI/CD pipelines
Extend and maintain existing CI/CD configurations and set up new configurations and Docker images

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of networking and solid professional experience or relevant vocational training
Hardware expertise
Knowledge of Docker
Knowledge of Git/GitLab
Basic knowledge of Python
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused approach
Very good written and spoken German
Good written and spoken English
