About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop hardware-near interfaces in ARM-based SoCs running Embedded Linux, including interfaces to FPGAs
  • Optimize latency and ensure real-time requirements under Embedded Linux
  • Own the middleware interface between the SDR platform and waveforms
  • Collaborate as part of an agile development team
  • Develop software in accordance with recognized standards for the certification of security- and safety-critical software
  • Coordinate with system and software testing as well as firmware, hardware, and application development
  • Coordinate collaboration with other development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field (Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in embedded software development
  • Very good knowledge of Embedded Linux, including hardware-near development, ARM, and real-time optimization
  • Very good knowledge of C and C++
  • German language skills at least at B2 level
