About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, and measure end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including email creation, audience segmentation, landing page development, and deployment
  • Build and manage email campaigns using marketing automation and email service platforms such as Vuture or similar tools
  • Develop and implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Create, edit, and post content and landing pages within a content management system
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve KPIs and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align email and landing page content with brand standards and business objectives
  • Maintain CRM data standards, naming conventions, and governance processes
  • Perform regular data audits, cleansing, and validation
  • Partner with marketing, business development, and operations teams to resolve data issues and improve data usability
  • Document data processes, standards, and best practices
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards tracking email campaign performance, audience engagement, and CRM data health

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns using marketing automation or email service platforms
  • Experience working within a CRM system, with demonstrated responsibility for data quality or stewardship
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and performance metrics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Vuture, Marketo, Pardot) is a plus
