About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise the work, assignments, and schedule of Service Technicians and the profitability of the Service Department
Provide technical and engineering support to Service Technicians and customers for installations, start-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Assist in generating quotes for service repairs and maintenance agreements
Implement and maintain a comprehensive Service Technician training program
Work with the sales force to ensure proper installation and design
Maintain the parts department, including inventory

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma (required)
3 years supervisory and coordinator experience in an industrial environment
Mechanical and technical aptitude
Ability to multitask
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook (required)
SAP experience strongly preferred
Clean driving record (required)
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
