About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base
- Typically lead a project workstream
- Build customer relationships and shape and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs
- Provide guidance to customers by understanding their business and requirements
- Support more junior team members and share knowledge
- Support sales activities, including production of delivery work-package estimates
- Deliver Application Management Services work in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Workday Payroll Certification, with a strong understanding of Australian Payroll
- Strong communication skills, including formal presentation to senior client audiences
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure
- Ability to lead a functional workstream on a prime implementation throughout the full project lifecycle
- Ability to act as a role model and mentor and/or line manage more junior consultants
- Ability to support the sales process, including producing estimates for delivery work packages
- Commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation
- Ability to rotate through Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services
- For Application Management Services, ability to meet defined Service Level Agreements
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites in the same region; minimal out-of-region travel may be required
