About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for successful delivery of large-scale, high-quality solutions
- Provide assurance and support to multi-skilled agile teams
- Understand solution outcomes, technical implications, complexity, and design decisions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience being accountable for technology delivery challenges of different sizes and types
- Ability to communicate technical designs clearly in conversation, documentation, and presentations
- Ability to prioritize time across multiple major projects and deadlines
- Experience leading and delivering software designs for multi-tiered modern software applications
- Understanding of whole solution architecture concepts
- Ability to communicate and negotiate architecture with senior stakeholders
- Experience incorporating non-functional concerns into application design
- Engineering background
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings
- Experience developing business across an account with sales and account managers
- Ability to build credibility and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
- Understanding of commercial implications of design decisions
- Experience influencing the commercial success of a product
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop junior team members and the wider community
- Desirable: active participation in technology communities
