About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support planning, coordination, and activation of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to commercial priorities for the Workday Product Business Unit
  • Support end-to-end campaign activation to drive pipeline generation, progression, and conversion
  • Coordinate campaign briefings and delivery across emails, landing pages, webinars, nurture programmes, and other channels
  • Help develop and manage campaign plans, budgets, target audiences, messaging, timelines, and channel plans
  • Track budgets and ensure campaign activity is delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across Content, Events, Marketing Operations, Sales, SDRs, Sales Enablement, Alliances, and partners
  • Support campaign messaging across emails, landing pages, webinar communications, and nurture activity
  • Contribute to campaigns across email, automation/nurtures, webinars, organic and paid social media, SEO/search, digital advertising, physical events, and partner-led activity
  • Support campaign activation in marketing automation and campaign platforms
  • Support Sales and SDR campaign launches, lead management, follow-up activity, and pipeline progression
  • Support Sales Enablement activity for key campaigns
  • Contribute to campaign effectiveness and ROI reporting through evaluation, analysis, and performance tracking
  • Identify optimisation insights and opportunities with Marketing Operations
  • Support relationships with Workday and other strategic partners, including co-marketing and partner-led campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Activation team and wider marketing function to deliver against OKRs
  • Build stakeholder relationships and support junior colleagues when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Good relevant experience in marketing, ideally within B2B campaign delivery or campaign activation
  • Experience supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives
  • Experience within the Workday ecosystem or enterprise SaaS environment
  • Experience with email, automation/nurtures, webinars, organic and paid social media, SEO/search, digital advertising, and physical events
  • Experience working with Sales / SDR teams to support lead generation and pipeline progression
  • Understanding of generating leads and managing them through to qualification
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication and relationship-building with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage own workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate ideas while aligning to branding and messaging strategy
  • Ability to comply with confidentiality, non-disclosure, and information-security policies
  • Degree or Higher in Marketing, Communications, or a similar relevant discipline (desirable)
  • Knowledge or experience in the technology industry and understanding of trends (desirable)
  • Experience supporting campaigns for a business area, product, or strategic initiative (desirable)
  • Exposure to strategic partners and co-marketing campaigns (desirable)
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) or aligning campaigns to strategic account plans (desirable)
