About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in manual testing, including exploratory testing
- Experience working closely with developers to ensure adequate coverage across unit and integration testing layers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence dealing with clients, users, stakeholders, and teammates
- ISTQB – Foundation Level
- Basic understanding of test automation, or interest in developing a career in automated testing
- Ability to identify and manage undocumented requirements through testing and flag issues that hinder quality delivery
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members
- Experience creating and maintaining test activity artifacts, including defects, scripts, and reports
- Demonstrable understanding of project factors that drive test priorities and test approach
- Working knowledge or experience with Workday
- Ability to provide clear, actionable test results and defect reports
- Contribution to continuous improvement in testing processes
